Project Manager/Estimator
Under the guidance of the President & Vice President, the Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for developing accurate and timely estimates and proposals, as well as overseeing awarded projects through completion. This position coordinates project activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, established quality standards, approved schedules, and budgets. The Project Manager/Estimator works closely with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to support the successful and profitable completion of each project.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of estimating practices, quantity takeoff, bid preparation and proposal development
- Ability to accurately track job costs and forecast project financials
- Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with scheduling and project tracking software a plus
- Capable of coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and field personnel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, negotiate scopes and professionally represent the company
Education & Experience
- Associate degree required
- Minimum of two years’ Commercial Construction experience required

Compensation
- Annual range of $100,000 - $150,000
