Home Insulation & Supply is hiring immediately for a full-time Helper / Laborer to assist our insulation crews. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get into the construction trades and learn a valuable skill.

You’ll work alongside experienced installers on residential and commercial job sites, gaining hands-on experience with tools, materials, and insulation techniques. We offer steady work, on-the-job training, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Hours may vary depending on job location)

What You’ll Do

• Assist installers with measuring, cutting, and installing insulation
• Prepare job sites by organizing tools and materials
• Load, unload, and transport insulation materials
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Learn insulation installation techniques and best practices
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions and at heights
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team player with good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
