Construction Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate administrative tasks for construction projects, ensuring smooth operations from inception to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage administrative activities between project teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assist in preparing and processing permits, inspections, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Provide technical support and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular updates for management and clients.
  • Support the estimating team with bid preparation and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in construction administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
