Description
This course is designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in both utilizing fall protection equipment and performing rescue operations in the event of a fall or suspended worker emergency.
This course will assist workers understand the risks of falls in the workplace and how to prevent them.
The training covers topics such as:
- · Hazard identification: Identifying potential hazards to workers
- · Best practices: How to prevent falls.
- · Procedures on how to install, inspect, operate, maintain, and disassemble the personal fall protection systems.
- · Equipment usage: How to use fall protection systems and appropriate anchors.
- · Emergency planning: How to plan for emergencies.
- · Reference: OSHA Standards - 1926.501 and 1926.502
