Tile & Marble Setter

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Tile Setter. If you have a passion for precision and craftsmanship and experience installing tile, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Install various flooring materials, including Ceramic Tile, LVT, and Carpet Tile, based on project specifications.
• Read blueprints and layout rooms independently
• Demolition and removal of existing flooring.
• Transport materials and equipment as needed.
• Clean and prepare floor surfaces for installation.
• Apply epoxies and solvents where required.
• Use standard power tools and ensure a professional, high-quality finish.
• Emphasize safety and time-efficient practices while working alongside other installers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Ceramic Tile installation (required).
• Commercial flooring installation experience (required) or completion of a relevant apprenticeship.
• Read blueprints and layout rooms (required)
• Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.
• Physical stamina with the ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Keen attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel within Western New York.
• OSHA 10 certification is an asset.
• Experience with Sheet Vinyl, Stretch Carpet, and Wood flooring is an asset.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
