Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations for a growing insulation company. This role is critical to keeping the office organized, supporting field staff, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, phone/email communications, and recordkeeping
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
  • Handle invoicing, bill processing, basic bookkeeping, and document tracking
  • Support payroll, onboarding, and general HR administration
  • Maintain compliance documents, permits, insurance records, and project files
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and vendors
  • Identify and improve office processes and workflows

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience (construction or trades preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks or similar software a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range

  • $50,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience and responsibilities
