CDL A Low Boy Driver

EBD is looking for Class A Low-boy/Walking floor driver. Experience driving a roll-off truck is a plus. 

Work includes moving heavy equipment, using a walking-floor trailer and assisting with roll-off division as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drivers typically work weekdays (Monday through Friday). Drivers typically begin work at 6:00 am each day or at a time designated by the supervisor.

Expectations:

· Work safely, professionally and efficiently with other drivers, customers, supervisors, and landfill staff.

· Moving company owned excavators and other equipment with low-boy trailer

· Disposal of Walking Floor loads at local landfills

· Assisting Roll-Off division.

· Turn in proper paperwork each day by the designated time.

Required Training/ Prerequisites:

· Valid CDL A license with no automatic restrictions.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment/random drug testing.

· Strong decision-making and judgment skills.

· One year of low-boy experience is preferred; willingness to train the right candidate.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build effective relationships within the organization.

Education and Certifications:

CDL Class A License - Copy must be provided with application.

Salary/Wage:

$28-32 per hour
