NYS DOT's Radical New DBE Bidding Requirements

Description

Will review and explain recent amendments to DOT’s bid requirements for federally-assisted work that will now require, with the bid:

(1)  DBE-confirmation of subcontracting commitments,

(2) exhaustive documentation of Good Faith Efforts at meeting DBE Goals, and

(3) detailed listing of all companies that submitted proposals for subcontract work.
