DESCRIPTION:RISE UP Mentorship Application Opens for its 6th Year 10 Startup Construction Companies Will Be Selected for Transformational Program! According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics\, a quarter of construction companies fail in their first year\, and after five years\, only one third remain open. These startup businesses play a vital role in construction and the industry benefits when they are a knowledgeable and capable part of project teams. Beginning in 2022\, the Construction Exchange RISE UP program has provided 10 startup construction companies per year with the resources they need to grow and increase their chances of long-term success. RISE UP companies are assigned a one-on-one mentor\, receive access to project information and education\, and build relationships with the help of experienced industry professionals. There is no cost to participate. The program length is one year and culminates in graduation at the Construction Exchange Annual General Member meeting. Construction companies in business ten years or less are eligible to apply. To thank you for applying\, any company that applies but is not accepted into the program will be eligible for Construction Exchange membership at half price for one year.
