Learn the art of preclosing on essential elements and countering counteroffers. Plus, discover how to avoid the frustration of no-shows and ghosting after finding your ideal candidate. Join us for an insightful session that will elevate your hiring game to new levels.


Speaker Information:

Lynn Novo is Principal Recruiter and President of Nordstrom Williams. She helps companies in the construction, architecture, and building sectors in NY find and hire the key people to drive their businesses forward. Lynn is a Certified Personnel Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the industry.


Time

This is a 1-hour session. For in-person attendees, there will be a 30-minute networking session with snacks afterwards (@ 11:30am) when the speaker will be available for one-on-one "Ask Me Anything" questions.
