In response to the growing succession planning needs of our industry, the Construction Exchange is hosting a listening and learning event called “Buying and Selling a Construction Business: Succession Planning Strategies”. This event is for both current business owners and emerging leaders who may become business owners. Whether you are currently involved in a business ownership transfer or are thinking about it for the future, this event will provide you with useful information and will give us a chance to hear from you if there are any resources Construction Exchange can provide to support you.

Time

A panel discussion on succession planning considerations for banking, accounting, bonding, and legal from 2:00pm to 3:00pm with: Jamie Batt of Rupp Pfalzgraf (moderator) Rick Wojciechowski of The Bonadio Group Tim Toole of Lawley Joe Brennan of Northwest Bank A second panel comparing and contrasting straight sales and ESOPS from 3:15pm to 4:30pm with: Jim Bedard of J. Bedard Family Business Coaching and formerly Buffalo Hotel Supply (moderator) Rob Brown of SES ESOP Strategies Gary Bichler and On Rattanaphasouk of RP Oak Hill Building Company Ryan Glenn of Brawdy Construction A cocktail reception will be held immediately following the panel discussions.
