This is the class you've been waiting for:  A contractor seminar on NYS Sales Tax specifically designed for project managers and estimators presented in an easy to understand seminar!

Topics will include:
  • Capital Improvement VS Repair and Maintenance (How it makes a difference on your bottom line!)
  • Taxable Rentals VS Exempt Services (When is a Rental actually a Non-taxable service)
  • The costly mistakes that all contractors make and why it is so easy to fix them.
  • Resources to "Make the Right Call" on job cost sales tax and what is and is not taxable on purchases and sales.
  • What is taxable and exempt on IDA's (yes, a lot can be taxable on an IDA).
  • Which certificate do I get from who? What certificate do I give to who?

Time

Lunch will be available from 12:30pm. Class will begin promptly at 1pm.
